Privacy drawer · effective 20 August 2026
Privacy, recorded with restraint.
This policy explains the information involved when an adult guest contacts Grand Fortune Cruises or requests one of our independently organised voyages.
Information you choose to provide
A voyage request may include full name, email address, Preferred Travel Date, date flexibility, selected voyage, number of adult guests, room category, casino interests, dining and wellness preferences, accessibility requirements, a message, and confirmations of 18+ status, this policy and the Terms of Use. A contact enquiry may include guest name, reply email, category, preferred reply period, message and privacy confirmation.
Why we use it
We use request information to understand the enquiry, review voyage and room availability, prepare a complete fare summary, coordinate requested hotel services, accessibility, dining or wellness needs, respond to the guest, and keep an appropriate business record. Stating a casino interest helps with service planning and is not a casino account or gambling balance.
Adult confirmation and later checks
The 18+ confirmation records the guest’s declaration at enquiry stage. It does not replace age and identity verification required for casino entry. Identity documents should be presented through the authorised onboard or pre-travel process described at confirmation, never typed into these website forms.
Preferred Travel Date
A preferred date is used to check relevant programme availability. It is not a confirmed sailing date. Routes, dates and prices remain subject to review and written confirmation.
Privacy notice storage
This website uses localStorage only to record that the compact privacy popup was closed. The key is velvetRegentPrivacyNotice. It does not store form contents. Clearing site storage may cause the notice to appear again.
Retention principles
We aim to keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, booking administration, operational requirements, disputes and applicable legal duties. Retention periods should reflect the type of record, whether a booking proceeds and the law that applies. Information should then be securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Access and safeguards
Access should be limited to personnel and service providers who need information for reservations, guest care, voyage operation, compliance or secure systems support, subject to appropriate confidentiality and protection. We seek proportionate organisational and technical safeguards, but no method of handling information can be promised as completely risk-free.
Your choices
Subject to applicable law, a guest may ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or other available data rights by contacting the non-clickable email shown below. We may need reasonable verification before acting.
Changes and contact
We may revise this policy as practices or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies this version. Privacy questions may be directed to:
